In order to complete each module you will need to attend both sessions. This module introduces special consideration in caring for infants and toddlers and six program policies that support the development of emotionally secure relationships in the group care setting. Module II explores the positive impact of responsive care giving routines, well-designed learning environments, and individualized care on the well-being and development of children from birth to three. Attention is also given to how the policies of primary care, small groups, continuity of care, individualization of care, culturally responsive care, and inclusive care of children with special needs provide the foundation for high quality infant/toddler care. Training includes: small/large group discussions, hands-on activities, video vignettes, mini-lecture and power point presentation. Zoom link will be sent to registered participants prior to training.
